Click the "Forgot password?" link on the 777 x login page. Enter your registered mobile number — the same one you used when you created your account — and an OTP will be sent to your phone within seconds. Accounts are temporarily locked at 777 x after five consecutive failed login attempts — this is an automated security feature to protect against unauthorised access attempts. The lockout lasts for 30 minutes. After that, you can try logging in again. If you believe someone else was attempting to access your account, we strongly recommend changing your password immediately and enabling two-factor authentication from Account Settings.
First, check your mobile data connection — 777 x requires at least a 3G connection to load the login page properly. Try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi to see if one works faster. If the page loads but does not respond, clear your browser cache and cookies and reload. If you are using an older browser version, update it or try a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox. This usually happens when a player tries to login with a different contact detail from the one used at registration. Enable 2FA as an additional layer of protection regardless.
Login to your 777 x account, go to Account Settings and select Security. Toggle "Two-Factor Authentication" to on and confirm with your current password. From that point forward, each login at 777 x will require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your password.
